By using the SetToFly app or this website, you agree to the following.

Not medical or regulatory clearance

SetToFly estimates medication wait times from published dosing intervals using the FAA's 5x-dosing-interval guidance. It is a reference aid, not a substitute for medical advice, an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) consultation, or official FAA guidance. The underlying condition you're medicating is often more disqualifying to fly than the medication itself under 14 CFR 61.53, independent of any wait time this app computes. You are solely responsible for determining your fitness to fly.

No warranty

SetToFly is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Ingredient classifications synced from public sources and not independently verified are marked unverified in the app and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Subscription and billing

SetToFly requires a paid, auto-renewing annual subscription to use the app's core features. Billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store); your subscription auto-renews at the price shown in the app until you cancel it through your Apple ID or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly — refund requests go through Apple or Google's own support channels.

Data sources

Product and ingredient data is drawn from a hand-curated internal dataset and, optionally, the FDA's public openFDA NDC Directory (api.fda.gov). SetToFly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the FDA, the FAA, or any government agency.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of SetToFly are not liable for any damages, including personal injury, arising from reliance on information this app or website provides, or from any decision to fly or not fly.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app or website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
